HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05081984 - 1.7 I+ 1 1 , THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on May 8, 1984 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map ) RESOLUTION NO. 84/271 and Subdivision Agreement ) for Subdivision 6390 ) Oakley Area. 1 The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 5390, property located in the Oakley area, said map having been certified hy,the proper officials; A Subdivision Agreement with Albert D. Seeno Construction Company, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement; Said documents were accompanied .bv: I. Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 78239, dated April 27, 1984) in the amount of $5,200 made by Albert D. Seeno Construction Company. B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated April 24, 1984, and issued by Employer' s Insurance Company of Wausau (Bond No. 0650-63-039973) with Albert D. Seeno Construction Company as principal , in the amount of $512,300 . for faithful performance and $258,750 for labor and materials. II. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1983-84 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1984-85 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1984, is estimated to be $13,400; , III. Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, in the form of a surety bond, No. 0650-64-039973, issued by Employer' s Insurance Company of Wausau with Albert D. Seeno Construction Company as principal , in the amount of $13,400 guaranteeing the payment of the estimated tax; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE' IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED. 00 008 RESOLUTION N0. 84/271 The Public Works Director has reported that -the developer is constructing improvements on Cypress Road for which he is entitled to receive reimbursement credit. This reimbursement credit amounts to $380 per lot. Condition of Approval 9.H.2 requires a contribution of $1,300 per dwelling unit prior to the issuance of building permits. The Public Works Director recommends that this $380 reimburse- ment credit he applied toward the $1,300 fee, and that the difference of $920 per lot be collected prior to the issuance of building permits for the 107 lots of this phase of the subdivision.
