V. J. Westman, County Counsel, in an April 23, 1984, report to the Board referenced several code sections covering the prohibition of the discharge of air contaminants and commented on the possible course of action the BAAQMD and/or the County may employ to enforce compliance of the Pacific Refining Company with air pollution and public health requirements. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that receipt of said report is ACKNOWLEDGED.
