the persons listed below in connection with U. S. District Court, Eastern District
of California, Case No. CIVS-84-0435 EJG, Moe vs. Clausen, reserving all rights
of the County in accordance with provisions of California Government Code Sections
825, 960.2, 995 and 53051.
