Pascoe, M.D. and Jean Blakeney, Co-Chairs, Bay Area Health Network, Children' s Research Institute of California, 9 Coleridge, San Francisco 94110, informing the Board of a new system of networking for the exchange of information in the five Bay Area counties, and asking for input from those interested in children' s health services. ***REFERRED TO THE HEALTH SERVICES DIRECTOR 3. 2 Notice of public hearing from the State Department of Mental Health advising that a public hearing will be held on June 18, 1984, at 10:00 A.M. , in Sacramento on proposed regulations relative to mental health programs. ***REFERRED TO THE HEALTH SERVICES DIRECTOR 3. 3 Letter (May 1, 1984) from Albert Brown, District II Administrator, State Employment Development Department, Coastal Region, P.O.
