San Francisco 94110, informing the Board of a new system
of networking for the exchange of information in the five
Bay Area counties, and asking for input from those
interested in children' s health services.

interest in achieving an effective partnership with the
Private Industry Council and local government in providing
effective and economical training and employment services
to the constituencies served, and asking the Board' s
suggestions to improve service in Contra Costa County.

the Commission' s own motion to establish guidelines for

Improvements, Phase I) and inviting interested parties to

Corps of Engineers.
