THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

ABSTAIN: None
RESOLUTION NO. 84/286
SUBJECT: In the Matter of Approving Plans and Specifications for Bear Creek
Road Culvert Replacement, Project No. 0672-682926-83, Martinez Area.
The Public Works Director has filed this day with the Board of Supervisors, .
Plans and Specifications for Bear Creek Road Culvert Replacement.
The general prevailing rates of wages, which shall be the minimum rates
paid on this project, have been filed with the Clerk of this Board and copies
will be made available to any interested party upon request.
The estimated contract cost of the project is $17,400.
By order of the Board of Supervisors on March 16, 1982 it was determined
that the project was exempt from the requirements of CEQA.
IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that this project and said Plans and Specifications
are hereby APPROVED. Bids for this work will be received on Thursday, June 14,
1984 at 2:00 p.m. , and the Clerk of this Board is directed to publish Notice
to Contractors in accordance with Section 1072 of the Streets and Highways Code,
inviting bids for said work, said Notice to be published in the CONTRA COSTA SUN .
