ORDINANCE NO. 84- 13
(Election Campaign Reform)
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors ordains as follows (omitting the
parenthetical footnotes from the official text of the enacted or amended provi-
sions of the County Ordinance Code):
SECTION I. Section 530-2.103 of the County Ordinance Code is enacted to read:
530-2.103. Penalties. Pursuant to Section 51-4.404, every violation of
this division is a misdemeanor and punishable as such, except that failure to
file a timely report as required by Section 530-2.802 is an infraction
punishable by a fine of one hundred dollars ($100).

SECTION II. EFFECTIVE DATE:
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after passage, and within 15 days
after passage shall be published once, with the names of the supervisors voting
for and against it, in the CONTRA_ COSTA TIMES , a
newspaper published in this County.

AYES: Supervisors - Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson,
NOES: Supervisors - None.
ABSENT: Supervisors - Powers.
