HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04101984 - T.5 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on April 10 , 1984 by the-following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak`, Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor Powers SUBJECT: Hearing on recommendation of the San Ramon Valley Area Planning Commission with respect to rezoning application 2578-RZ to rezone land from General Agriculture (A-2) , Controlled Manufacturing District (C-M) and Single Family Residential (R-15) to Exclusive Agriculture District (A-80) , in the Bollinger Canyon, San Ramon Area. This being the time fixed for hearing on the recommendation of the San Ramon Valley Area Planning Commission with respect to rezoning application 2578-RZ to rezone approximately 3 , 175 acres in the Bollinger Canyon, San Ramon area; and Harvey Bragdon, Assistant Director of Planning , having described the property site, and having advised that a Negative Declaration of Environmental Significance was filed for the proposal ; and The Chairman having opened the public hearing, and no one having appeared in opposition, the public hearing having been closed; and Board members having considered the matter, IT IS ORDERED that rezoning application 2578-RZ is APPROVED as recommended by the San Ramon Area Planning Commission and the Board hereby adopts the Planning Commissions reasons , set forth in its Resolution Number 14-1984 (SR) as its determinations for this decision.
