The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Vacation of LA GONDA WAY in the unincorporated area near Danville
is made pursuant to the Streets and Highway Code Chapter 4, Section 8331;
and
For a period of five consecutive years, the right of way has been
impassable for vehicular traffic and that no public money for maintenance
was spent thereon; and
The Vacation of LA GONDA WAY has been found to be in conformance
with the general plan; and
The Vacation is exempt under CEQA guidelines.
For a description of the portion to be vacated, see Exhibit •A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
This Board hereby FINDS that the proposed Vacation will not have
a significant effect on the environment, and that it has been determined
to be categorically exempt under State guidelines Section 15312 in compliance
with the California Environmental Quality Act in that the property does
not have a significant value as a wildlife habitat or other environmental
purposes and that the use of the property and adjacent property has not
changed since the time of acquisition by the County.
The Planning Department having filed its general plan report concerning
this proposed vacation and this Board having considered the general plan,
it finds pursuant to Government Code Sec. 65402(a) that it has received
the Planning Commission's report.
This Board declares that the hereinabove described proposed vacation
area is HEREBY ORDERED VACATED subject to any reservation and exception
described in attached Exhibit 'A". From and after the date this Resolution
is recorded, the portion vacated no longer constitutes a highway.
This vacation is made under the Streets and Highways Code, Chapter 4,
Sections 8330 et seq, which allow a public body to summarily vacate a
street which has been impassable or had no public money spent thereon
for five consecutive years.
The Public Works Director shall file with the County Clerk a Notice
of Exemption.
A certified copy of this resolution, attested by the Clerk under
seal, shall be recorded in the Office. of the County Recorder.

All that real property situate in the County of Contra Costa, State of California,
described as follows:
A portion of Parcel "B" as said parcel is shown on the parcel map of Subdivision
M.S. 199-77, recorded in the office of the Recorder of said County on
September 13, 1978, in Book 69 of Parcel Maps at page 38, described as follows:
PARCEL 1
LAGOND4 WAY RIGHT OF WAY
Commencing at the most southern corner of Parcel "A" as said parcel is shown
on the aforementioned map of M.S. 199-77; thence from said point of wit, nce ent
north 700 07' 31" east, 414.08 feet along the southern boundary of said Parcel "A"
to the true point of beginning; thence from said true point of beginning
north 700 07' 31" east, 39.44 feet along said southern boundary; thence leaving
said southern boundary south 890 521..30" east, 78.81 feet; thence along the
arc of a curve having a radius of 30.00 feet, concave easterly, whose center
bears south 600 53' 49" east, through a central angle of 760 15' 370, an
arc length of 39.93 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve concave to the

A strip of land 30 feet in width adjoining the eastern line of the herein

from said point of beginning south 340 12' 40" east, 78.71 feet to the beginning
of a non-tangent curve concave to the south having a radius of 30.00 feet,
a radial line through said beginning of curve bears south 340 12' 40" east;
thence easterly 40.52 feet along said curve through a central angle of
770 23' 38" to the beginning of a compound curve concave to the southwest
having a radius of 170.00 feet; thence southerly 147.08 feet along said curve
