SUBJECT: In the Matter of Approving a Draft Environmental Impact Report
for the Pleasant Hill BART. Station Area Redevelopment Plan
RESOLUTION NO. RA 84-10
The Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency RESOLVES THAT:
Agency staff has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft
EIR) for the Pleasant Hill BART Station Area Redevelopment Plan. The Draft
EIR has been prepared in conformance with the "Guidelines for Administering
the California Environmental Quality Act, Contra Costa County" (the "Guide-
lines" ) , adopted by the Agency pursuant to Agency Resolution No. 84. 8.
The Agency has reviewed the Draft EIR and hereby approves the Draft
EIR for distribution in accordance with the Guidelines. A copy of the Draft
EIR shall be kept on file in the Office of the Planning Department of Contra
Costa County.
