HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03271984 - 1.5 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on March 27, 1984 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None RESOLUTION NO. 84/173 (Government Code No. 25350) SUBJECT: Exchange of Property Central Street & 1st Street Call et al Richmond Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Portions of Central Street and 1st Street in the Richmond Area are no longer necessary for County or other public purposes and A portion of land owned by Angelina Call et al is required for Central Street reconstruction. This Board hereby APPROVES the exchange of all of the County' s right, title and interest in and to said excess roadway areas for the required roadway area pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5 and the Chairman of this Board is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute on behalf of the County a Quitclaim Deed to Angelina Call et al for the property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto. The County Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said deed to be delivered to the Grantees together with a copy of this Resolution.
