SUBJECT: Approving Reimbursement Agreement with Kaufman and Broad, Inc.
The Chief Engineer has recommended approval of a .Reimbursement Agreement
between the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District
and Kaufman and Broad, Inc. , of Northern California (Developer), for reimbursing
the developer for eligible costs exceeding the fee required by the Drainage Fee
Ordinance for Drainage Area 29C. Said reimbursement is consistent with the Board's
adopted Drainage Fee Credit Reimbursement policy for Drainage Area 29C.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED, as the governing body of the Contra Costa
County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, that the Reimbursement
Agreement with Kaufman and Broad, Inc. is APPROVED and the chair is AUTHORIZED
to execute said agreement.
