Approval of the Parcel Map ) RESOLUTION NO. 84/152
and Subdivision Agreement )
for Subdivision MS 106-79 )
Crockett Area. )
The following documents were presented for Board approval this date:
The Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 106-79, property located in the Crockett
area, said map having been certified by the proper officials;
A Subdivision Agreement with Russell E. and Bonnie L. Scott, subdivider,
whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said
Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement;
Said documents were accompanied by:
I. Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements
as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows:
A. Cash deposit (Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 76135, dated
March 6, 1984) in the amount of $1,000 made by Russell E. and
Bonnie L. Scott.
B. Additional security in the form of a cash deposit (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 76135, dated March 6, 1984) in the amount
of $4,700 ($2,800 for faithful performance and $1,900 for
labor and materials) made by Russell E. and Bonnie L. Scott.
II. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no
unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included
in said map and that the 1983-84 tax lien has been paid in full
and the 1984-85 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day
of 'March, 1984, is estimated to be $600;
III. Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title
9 of the County Ordinance Code, in the form of a cash deposit
in the amount of $600 guaranteeing the payment of the tax;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with
the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent
with the County's general and specific plans;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this Board
does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths,
or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED.

SUBJECT: Approving Deferred Improvement Agreement along Vista Del Rio
for Subdivision MS 106-79, Crockett Area. Assessor's Parcel
No. 355-083-006.
The Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized
to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Russell E. and Bonnie L. Scott,
as required by the Conditions of Approval for Sudivision MS 106-79. This agreement
would permit the deferment of construction of permanent improvements along Vista
Del Rio which is located near Kendall Avenue in the Crockett area.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public
Works Director is APPROVED.

The following documents were presented for Board approval this date:
The Final Map of Subdivision 5696, property located in the West Pittsburg
area, said map having been certified by the proper officials;
A Subdivision Agreement with Crocker Homes, subdivider, whereby said
subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision
Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement;
Said documents were accompanied by:
I. Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements
as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows:
A. Cash deposit (Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 76135, dated
March 6, 1984) in the amount of $4,200 made by Crocker Homes.
B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond
dated March 2, 1984, and issued by National Fire Insurance
Company of Hartford (Bond No. 574 09 97) with Crocker Homes
as principal, in the amount of $419,300 for faithful performance
and $211,750 for labor and materials.
II. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no
unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included
in said map and that the 1983-84 tax lien has been paid in full
and the 1984-85 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day
of March, 1984, is estimated to be $5,000;
III. Security to guarantee the payment of taxes ,as required by Title
9 of the County Ordinance Code, in the form of a surety bond,
No. 574 09 98, issued by National Fire Insurance Company of Hartford
with Crocker Hones as principal, in the amount of $5,000 guaranteeing
the payment of the estimated tax;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with
the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent
with the County's general and specific plans;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board
does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths,
or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED.
