SUBJECT: In the Matter of an Amendment to the Designation of
a Survey Area in Contra Costa Pursuant to Health and Resolution No. 84/83
Safety Code §33310 et. seq.
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES THAT:
County staff has recommended to the Board of Supervisors a
change in the area which was designated as the survey area for
redevelopment study purposes. While studying the survey area
previously designated by the Board of Supervisors, County staff
determined that a small portion of land adjacent to the survey
area should have been included in the survey and that area was
studied by County staff to determine if a redevelopment project
in that area is feasible.
It is the desire of the Board of Supervisors to amend the
survey area and designate the area attached hereto as Exhibit
A (Amended-2) as a survey area pursuant to Health & Safety Code
Section 33310.
The area set forth on Exhibit A (Amended-2) requires study
and has been studied to determine if a redevelopment project or
projects within the area is feasible.
Exhibit A (Amended-2) describing the boundaries of the survey
area designated herein is incorporated and by this reference made
a part hereof.
