ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit under
the Road Improvement Agreement for Subdivision 5610, San Pablo Area.
On February 15, 1983, this Board resolved that the improvements
for Hillcrest Road (Subdivision 5610) were completed as provided in the Road
Improvement Agreement with Linland Development Company, Inc., and now on the
recommendation of the Public Works Director;
The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily
met the guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion and accept-
ance; and
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is AUMIZED
to refund the $1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's- Deposit Permit No. 50252, dated
March 17, 1982) to Linland Development Company, Inc. pursuant to the Road
Improvement Agreement and Ordinance Code Section 94-4.406.
