COMMITTED additional Oakley Redevelopment Housing Set-Aside funds in an amount up to $441, 653 to Ecumenical Association for Housing (EAH) for the Golden Oak Senior Housing Project, Oakley area; and AUTHORIZED the Deputy Director Redevelopment to develop and execute a Loan Agreement with EAH; and DIRECTED Redevelopment Staff to correspond with EAH regarding submittal of an application for County Community Development Block Grant funds (CDBG) for supplemental financing.
