Household Income Definition Options I 1 . 926-4 . 220 Hower Income Household . "Lower income household" means a household with a gross income which is at or below180 percent of the current median income for the San Francisco-Oakland Standard Metropolitan Area as adjusted for family size, and estimated by the U . S . Department of Housing and Urban Development for its Community Development program.. "II . Lease Option 1 . 926-14 . 2021Special Leases . At the time of the notice of right to purchase tenants over age 62 not wishing to purchase a residential unit shall be offered lifetime leases on the same terms under which the unit is currently rented. Tenants with school age children not wishing to purchase theirl units shall have their leases extended at least until one month after the end of the school year ,_ at the tenant' s discretion.
