1 . 926-14 . 2021Special Leases . At the time of the notice
of right to purchase tenants over age 62 not wishing to
purchase a residential unit shall be offered lifetime
leases on the same terms under which the unit is currently
rented. Tenants with school age children not wishing to
purchase theirl units shall have their leases extended at
least until one month after the end of the school year ,_
at the tenant' s discretion. Tenant households which are
