Conference Room, County Adminlistration Building, Martinez .
The Internal Operations Committee meets on the second and fourth
Mondays of the month at 9 : 30 A.M. The Committee meeting on May 24 ,
however, will begin at 9: 00 A.M.
The Finance Committee meets on the first and third Mondays of the
month at 9 : 30 A.M.

2. 10 LETTER from Commanding Officer, U. S. Naval Weapons Station,
Concord, advising that the Weapons Station is conducting a study
to determine whether fire protection for the Station should be
performed by government employees or awarded to a private firm,
and requesting comments on how the mutual aid agreement between
Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, Riverview Fire
Protection District, and the Naval Weapons Station Fire Department
will be affected if fire service is contracted to private enter-

State action to reduce land disposal of toxic wastes, trans-
