1 .40 ADOPT the following recommendations of the Park and Recreation
Facilities Advisory Committee and the Director of Planning in
regards to the Dublin San Ramon Services District request for
Park Dedication Fees:
• Approve the request of $1 , 011 for cost overruns at
Boone Acres Parkland direct the Auditor-Controller
to disburse $1, 011 from Account No. 4025 to the
Dublin San Ramon Services District.
• Not approve $9001 for non-skid floor surfacing since
this is a maintenance item.
• Not approve $1, 510 for solar pool heater design for
San Ramon Olympic Pool since the pool already is
heated.
1. 41 ADOPT the recommendation of the Park and Recreation Advisory
Committee and the Director of Planning and approve the following
requests for Park Dedication Fees and direct the Auditor-
Controller to disburse the following amounts :
• $11 , 402 . 22 from Account No. 3700 to the Ambrose
Refreation and Park District for construction of a
baseball field.
• $88 , 817 from Account No. 3735 and $6,183 from Account
No. 3400 to the Pleasant Hill Recreation and Park
District for purchase and development of a park and
recreation center.
1. 42 ADOPT the recommendations of the Park and Recreation Advisory
Committee and Director of Planning and approve the request of
the Knightsen School District for an amendment to the
July 22 , 1980 Agreement between the County and District for
use of Park Dedication Fees.
1. 43 AUTHORIZE the Chair to execute a Reclamation Performance
Agreement relating to Land Use Permit No. 2031-80.
1. 44 ACKNOWLEDGE receipt of letter from Public Works Director
advising that the Federal Aviation Administration Grant
#A-06-0008-02 has been completed and an audit requested.
1.45 AUTHORIZE $750 increase (a total of $1, 500) in the petty
cash revolving fund of County Service Area R-6 .
1. 46 ADOPT resolution setting fees to defray costs of administration
of Secondhand Dealers Licensing Program pursuant to Business
and Professions Code Sections 21641 and 21642.
1. 47 APPROVE and authorize Chair to execute on .behalf of the county
county document 29-815-31 containing modifications to the
County' s Title II-B and Title VII Comprehensive Employment
and Training Plan designed to adjust the number of participants

the District books if CCCSD customers are being assessed legally

Bay Municipal UtilitylDistrict has responded to the Board request
