Health Services Director that he be authorized, pursuant to Board

2. 9 LETTER from the Honorable Manuel C. Rose, Jr. , Presiding
Judge of the Delta Municipal Court, recommending that, to
alleviate the continuing increase in judicial workload and
the accompanying backlog of untried cases, the Board authorize
the appointment by the judges of a traffic commissioner and
supporting personnel, which would provide prompt assistance to
the Courts at a lesser cost than an additional judgeship.
