The Internal Operations Committee meets on the second and

The Finance Committee meets on the first and third Mondays of
the month at 9 : 30 A.M. There will be, however, no meeting on March 1.
The Water Committee normally meets on the first Monday of the
month at 2 : 00 P.M. ; however, the March meeting will be held on
Thursday, March 4 , at 9 : 30 A.M.

1 . 51 AUTHORIZE the Chair to execute for and on behalf of Housing
Revenue Bond Cooperation Agreement between the County and

3. 1 LETTER from Secretary, Eastern Fire Protection District Board
of Commissioners, advising that the appropriation limit estab-
lished for said District falls short of projected expenditures
for fiscal year 1981-82 and that, pending results of the special
election in April which would enable voters to authorize the
District to exceed the limits of the Gann initiative, the Board
of Commissioners proposes to continue to operate at its present
level as long as funds permit.

Contra Costa County' s preapplication for Federal Assistance
has been reviewed and that the County .has been designated as
