Hearings on cable television matters, all continued -from December 15, 1981, as follows: Applicationlof Mid-West Communications, Inc. , for license to operate a cable television system in Contra Costa County; Request of Viacom Cablevision for modification of license boundaries in southern Contra Costa County; Proposal of� Cable-Vision that boundary lines of all existing systems .be redesigned and reestablished; Request of Blackhawk Corporation for license to operate a cable television system in the Blackhawk area; Request of Kaplan-Wiedemann Partnership for license to operate a cable television system for the Kaplan- Wiedemann property; and Request of Televents, Inc. , to extend its boundaries. Committee meetings are held in Room 1.05, the James P. Kenny Conference Room, County Administration Building, Martinez. The Internal Operations Committee meets on the second and fourth Mondays of the month at 9 : 30 A.M. The Finance Committee normally meets on the first and third Mondays of the month at 9: 30 A.M. ; however, because- of the Washington' s Birthday Holiday, the Committee will meet on February 8 (rather than on February 15) at 9 : 30 A.M. in the County Administrator' s Conference Room, 11th Floor, County Administration Building. The Water Committee meets on the first Monday of the month at 3 : 00 P.M. Deadline for agenda items is normally Wednesday at 12 : 00 noon.
