FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no cost associated with this action. BACKGROUND: Members of the Probation Peace Officers Association of Contra Costa County have petitioned for informal recognition and the right to meet and confer with Contra Costa County. The Director of Human Resources has reviewed the request and determined it to be in conformance with the requirements of the County's Employer-Employee Relations Resolution No. 81/1165, and has recommended approval.
