AND OFFICE LANDSCAPE PARTITION' MODIFICATIONS AT 1305 MACDONALD AVENUE, RICHMOND FOR THE EMPLOYMENT AND HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT (WH368S) SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATION ADOPT Resolution No. 20051 428 for the Remodel and Office Landscape Partition Modifications at 1305 Macdonald Avenue, Richmond for the Employment and Human Services Department, accepting the contract between Taber Construction Company and Contra Costa County as complete. FINANCIAL. IMPACT There is no financial impact associated with adoption of the Resolution of Acceptance and Notice,of Completion. BACKGROUND On May 20, 2003 the County entered into a contract with Taber Construction Company' for the Remodel and Office Landscape Partition Modifications at 1305 Macdonald Avenue, Richmond. The project has been completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. Therefore, said work is accepted as recommended above, and within ten (l 0) days after adoption of this Resolution and Notice, the Clerk shall file with the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution and Notice as a Notice of Completion for said contract.
