Code-§ 25526.5) SUBJECT: ADOPT'Resolution No. 2005/ 305 approving the conveyance of Contra Costa County interest in real property to the City of Oakley. Project No. 4500-6X5520 Oakley Area. District V The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County acquired certain real property by Deed on May 1, 1995 by Recorder's Series #95-069395,described in Exhibit"A"attached hereto. Said interest is DETERMINED to be no longer necessary for the County. This property should have transferred when the City of Oakley incorporated. The property is now required by the City for the Laurel Road Interchange Project and is being transferred'. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said interests to the City of Oakley, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5,and the Chair,Board of Supervisors,is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed on behalf of the County, in accordance with the Laurel Road Extension Project.
