(District IT) The following document was presented for Board approval this date: The parcel map of Minor Subdivision 9-03, property located in the Martinez area, Supervisorial District II, said map having been certified by the proper officials; Said documents were accompanied by: 1. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 2003-2004 tax lien has been paid in full and that the 2004-2005 tax lien,which became a lien on the first day of January 2004, is estimated to be $9,600.00. 2. Prior to obtaining a building inspection department permit for construction, each parcel shall have an"on-site"producing water well or a"test well"shall be installed with a minimum yield of three gallons per minute with bacterial and chemical quality in compliance with the state standards of a pure,wholesome and potable water supply(Title 11, Section 6443). If the chemical analysis exceeds the state standards for"maximum contaminant levels", for water potability, a statement must be attached and"run with the property deed"advising of these levels; or The project sponsor shall have verifiable water availability data from adjacent parcels or knowledge of the same, known by the Health Services Department concerning water quality and quantity per above. 4. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the property owner will be required to contribute to the County$1000.00 dollars per residence for Police Service Mitigation. The fee may be paid to Contra Costa County Application&Permit Center. S. Development on Parcel B shall be confined to a two-acre home site. Home sites shall be kept off of ridgelines, and shall be subject to review and approval of the Zoning Administrator.
