BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening ofReliez Valley Road is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County road;the right-of-way was conveyed by separate instrument,recorded on August 28, 2002 , in Book 446 of Maps at Page 28. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the private improvements (Ariey Lang) have been COMPLETED and are NOT ACCEPTED NOR DECLARED as County roads, at this time. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the warranty period is hereby established, and the $2,921.00 cash bond (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 390395 , dated July 25, 2002)made by R&J Construction, Inc. and the performance/maintenance surety for$289,179.00, Bond No. 8680975 issued by Developers Surety and Indemnity Company be RETAINED pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code until release bythis Board.
