THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on July 20, 2004, by the following vote: AYES: SUPERVISORS GIOIA, UILKEMA, GREENBERG, DESAULNIER AND GLOVER. NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE RESOLUTION NO. 2004/ 402 (Gov. Code § 25526.5) SUBJECT: ADOPT Resolution No. 2004/402 approving the conveyance of property to the Town of Danville for road purposes. Danville Area. District 111. Project No. 0676-6P0040 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County acquired certain real property on February 28, 1074, Book 7166 of Official Records at pages 567 thru 570, in the Glanville area, described in Exhibit "A"attached hereto,for the extension of Railroad Avenue and off-street parking purposes. Said property is DETERMINED to be no longer necessary for County purposes. Property has been, and will continue to be, maintained as a road and will be incorporated into the Town of Danville's road system. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said property to the Town of Danville, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5 and the Chair, Board of Supervisors, is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the County. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said Quitclaim Deed to be delivered to the grantee for acceptance and recording.
