Code § 25526.5 & 25526.6) SUBJECT: ADOPT Resolution No. 2044/ 273 approving the conveyance of Flood Control and Nater Conservation District interest in real property to the City of Oakley, in Connection with DA30A, 29C and 29H. PW 79/25, 79/23, and 83/808 Project No. 7557-6D8410 Oakley Arca. District V The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County,as the governing body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District RESOLVES THAT: The Board approved the Negative Declaration of Environmental Significance on January 2, 1979 and on June 7, 1983, in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA). These activities have been found to conform to the General Flan of the City of Oakley. Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District acquired certain real property by Deeds on May 19, 1986 in Volume 12889 of Official Records at page 307 on August 3, 1988 in Volume 14492 of Official Records at page 184, and on March 4, 1992 in Volume 17281 of Official Records at page 66. The District also acquired certain real property by Easement Deeds in the Oakley area,described in Exhibit"A"attached hereto,for said projects. Said interest is DETERMINED to be no longer necessary for the District use. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said interests to the City of Oakley, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5 and 25526.6, and the Chair, Board of Supervisors, is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim Deed and an Assignment of Easement on behalf of the District, in accordance with the maintenance of drainage facilities on file in the Public Works Department.
