(District IM The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the public right-of=-way landscaping improvements in Subdivision 7686 and Subdivision 8143 which include the east side of Bixler Road from the southern end of the development (southwest corner of APN 011-350-007) to Newport Drive; both sides of Newport Drive from Bixler Road to the southern edge of the development(at Newport Lane); as well as all the improvements at Slifer Park(APN 011-350-003)and the landscape improvements at the Park and Ride Facility(APN 011-350-008). Such improvements have been completed as provided by the Subdivision Agreement(Right-of-Way Landscaping)with Talisman Realty Group, Inc.,heretofore approved by this Board on March 7, 2000.
