Principal hereby consents to entry on the subdivision property by County and County forces,including contractors,in the event County proceeds to complete:and/or maintain the work. Once action is taken by County to complete or maintain the work, Principal agrees to pay all costs incurred by County,even if Principal subsequently complete;the work. Should County sue to compel perfomance under this agreement or to recover costs incurred in completing or maintaining the work,Principal agrees to pay all attorney's f and all other expenses oflitigation incurred by County in Connection therewith,even if Principal subsequently proceeds to complete the work. 12.
