SUBJECT: ADOPT Resolution No. 2004/ 219 approving the conveyance of property to
the City of Hercules for road purposes in connection with the State Route 4
West Gap Project. [SCH No. 95043029]

The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
Contra Costa County acquired certain real property by Final Orderof Condemnation
on August 27,2002,as instrument No. 2002-0301156,in Hercules,described in Exhibit"A"
attached hereto, for the reconstruction of a connector street and bridge crossing for State
Route 4. Said property is DETERMINED to be no longer necessary for County purposes.
This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said property
to the City of Hercules, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5 and the Chair,
Board of Supervisors, is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed on behalf of the
County.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said Grant Deed to be delivered
to the grantee for acceptance and recording.

land described in the deed to C. S. Land Inc., a Califomis corporation recorded
