WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests
for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented
to by the County Counsel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the fallowing assessments:
For the Fiscal Year 19990 196.,71
It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and from
papers in the Assessor's office what was intended and what should
have been assessed, and, therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and
Taxation Code, Section 4831, the following defects in description
and/or form and clerical errors of the assessor on the roll should
be corrected as follows;
In Code Area 1000, Pcl. No„ 066-041--001, .Henry Beede is
erroneously entered with property described as Town of Antioch Por
Blk.s 62 & 102 & Tide band Survey 3.85 acres, and entered with assessed
value of Land $6,120 and. Improvements $1,880.3, a Total assessed value
of $8,000, due to error in description of this parcel as a portion
of this property was assessed by the State Board of Equalization.
This parcel should be deleted from the roll and entered as follows::
In Code Area 1000, Pcl. No. 066-041--002 is assigned to that
portion entered can the 1970-71 Mate Board of Equalization Roll.,
In Cade Area 10001 Pcl. No. O66-041-003 should be entered on
the roll and Henry F. Beede should be assessed with property described
as Town of Antioch Por Blks 62 & 102 & tr adj3.54 acres, and entered
with assessed value of Land $5,660 and Improvements $920, a Total
assessed value of $6,580.

Smoot, 3/4 ,interest and Security Capital. Corp. , 1/4 interest , are
erroneously entered with property described as Ro El Sobrante Ex 1/'2
MR 1..34 acres, due to mapping error, and entered with erroneous
assessed value of Land $28,950 and Improvements $25,430, a Total
assessed value of $54,380* This parcel should be deleted from the roll.
In ,Code Area 83024, PCI, No. 260-132-0110 Joe ;9, & Ina L„
SMoot are erroneously entered with property described 'as Ro `l. Sobrante
Ex 1/2 W ,18 acres,, due to mapping error, and entered with erroneous
assessed value of Lana only ,x,20050* This parcel should be deleted
from the roll.
