WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests
for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented
to by the '! ertirxey; County Counsel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments:
For the Fiscal Year 19,6' 1911,71
It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and from
papers in the Assessor's office what was intended and what should
have been assessed and, therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and:
Taxation Code, Section 4831, the following defects in desoription
and/or form and clerical errors of the assessor on the roll should
be corrected as stated below:
In Code Area 85028, Parcel No. 403-X4.1.-025, Guilford J.
Moore, Jr. and Gail A. Moore are erroneously assessed with improve-
ment value of $3,970 due to error in not posting the correct value.
This assessment should be corrected to read: Land 1,4.00 (no change;)
and Improvements $4,030, a total assessed value of $5,430 less the
existing homeowner's exemption. of $750. , Assesses has been notified
of this correction.
In Code Area 85028, Parcel_ No. 403-4�42--0141 William J. and
Carole A. Silva are erroneously assessed with improvement' value of
$3, 301 due to error in not posting the correct value. This assess-
ment should, hes corrected to read: Land 1:x 00 (no change) and.
Improvements $3,500. a total assessed value of $ ,,900 less the
existing hdmeo erris exemption of $750. Assesses has been notified
of this correction.
