The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLt1ES THAT:
In order to obtain Federal and State aid assistance from the
State of California, and for the State Division of Highways to
approve the project for advertising bids in connection with Camino
Tassajara Road, FAS Project No. 04-CC-1019-CR (ER 562(8), it is
necessary that the County of Contra Costa certify to the Division
of Highways, State of California, that the rights of may necessary
for the proper execution of the Project have either been acquired
or the unacquired parcels are covered by resolution authorizing
condemnation, and that necessary arrangements have been made for
clearance of obstructions from the right of way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Certification of
Right of Way, Certification No. 3, attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof, is hereby approved by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa, and the Chairman of the
Board is hereby authorized and ordered: to execute the same for and
on behalf of the County of Contra Costa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on February 16 19 71 by this Board.

CERTIFICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY'
Certification No. 3
The County of Contra Costa hereby certifies in connection
with the right of way for the pro sed reconstruction of Camino
Tassajara Road, FAS Project No, 04-00 .1019-CR (ERR 562'(8) at
Mile Post 11.1, that:
1. None of the necessary rights of way have been ac-
quired. However, a resolution of the County Board-
of
oardcif Supervisors authorizing condemnation has been
adopted, pursuant to copy attached.
2. Status of affected railroad facilities None
3. Designated Material Sites : Wane required
4. Designated Disposal Areas: bone required.
5. Status of Utility Relocations Arrangements for
