Subdivision 3576, 'Clayton Area.

WHEREAS the Public Works Director has notified this Board
that the construction of Improvements with the exception of certain
deficiencies has been completed in 'Subdivision 3576, Clayton area,
as provided in the agreement heretofore executed by this Board In
conjunction with the filing of the subdivision map; and that a cash
bondin the amount of '$8,IbO (Auditor's Deposit' Permit No. 86494
dated November 24, 1970) has been deposited'' to insure completion of
said deficiencies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in
the following 'subdivision have been completed for the purpose of
establishing a terminal period for filing of liens in case of action
under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTM RESOLVED that the $500 cash deposit surety
(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. ` 79 :51 dated February 6, 1970) is
RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 8429(b)
of the Ordinance Code;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads,
having been heretofore dedicated to public use by the filing of map
in the office of the County Recorder, be and the same are ACCEPTER and
DECLARED to be County roads of Contra Costa Counter;

as shown and dedicated for public use on the map of <Subdivision 3576
filed February 11, 1970 in Book 129 of daps at Page 26, Official
Records of Contra Costa County, State of California.
Mt. Alpine Place is not being accepted at this time since it
is a model home area, and the cost ,of the work needed to render it
acceptable after it is no 'longer used for model homes is covered by a
special 1500 cash bond (Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 84.241 dated
August 10, 1970).
RESOLUTION NO. 71/70
The Board on September 15, 1970 approved an agreement with
Rahl'ves and R'ahlves, Inc. , subdivider,, providing for the maintenance
and overlay paving of Mountaire Parkway between Mt. Whitney Way and
Mountaire Circle in Subdivision 3576, lana Hills Unit No. 1 (required
by the Shell tail Company pipeline installation) and is accompanied by
surety frond No. B 618701 issued by United Pacific Insurance Company
In the amount of $2,900 guaranteeing completion.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of Rebruary, 1971 by the
following, vote of the Board:

W. N. Boggess, E. A. 'Linscheid,
J. P. Kenny.
