HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 09092004 - 71-004 IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of Changes } of the Assessment Rall } RESOLUTION NO. 71/4 of Contra Costa County } WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented to by the County Counsel; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is authorizedto correct the following assessments': For the Fiscal Year 1907-0. 196/21 It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and from papers in the Assessor' s office what was intended and what should have been assessed; and, therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and Taxation Code, .Section 4331, the following defects in description and/or farm and clerical errors of the assessor on the roll should be corrected as follows: In Cade Area 2002, Pcl, No, 114-392-009, Joseph No & Louise 'fie Martini are erroneously entered as assessees on this parcel and entered with Land $130, as such property should not have existed as a separate parcel, This assessment should be deleted from the roll, In Code Area 2002, Pcl, No. 114--.392.010, Kenneth D. & Bessie N, Furlow are erroneously entered with property described as Alray Estates Lot 21, due to mapping error., This description should be corrected to read: A,lray Estates Lot 2 & Por Lot 1, with no change in assessment, R. O. SEATON Assistant Assessor Copies to: Assessor (Mrs, Kettle) Auditor Tax Collector Page 1 of 2 in Cade Area 2008, P01. No. 133*%l00*-*07, Commonwealth Properties Inc. , are erroneously assessed) with Improvements $4601, as such improvements did not exist on lien date,. This assessment should be`corrected to read: Lund. only >$3.913830. In Code Area 2008, Pcl. No. 133-100-008,. Commonwealth Properties Inc. , are erroneously assessed with improvements $29,780, as such improvements did not exist on liens date. Vi.e raj, is erroneously assessed with Land $3082€3 and no Improverents, due to erroneous description used by appraiser:.
