The terms of this easement, which shall run with the land, are: • Fences or other structures shall not be constructed on this easement. • No plants expected to grow more than 3 feet tall shall be planted on the easement. • Public agencies shall be permitted access upon this easement for the purpose of maintaining a clear line of sight, and the trimming of vegetation including pruning of overhanging tree branches. The Sight Line Easement runs over a portion of real property identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 367-150-001 located at the northwest intersection of Creekside Oaks Drive and Alhambra Valley Road in unincorporated Contra Costa County, California. The Sight Line Easement is shown on the attached drawing labeled Exhibit A. The portion of the above property subject to this Sight Line Easement is described in "Exhibit B".
