SUBJECT: Accepting completion of warranty period and release of cash deposit for faithful
performance, Road Acceptance 1078 (cross-reference Subdivision 7903), North
Richmond area. (District I)
On June 9, 1998, this Board resolved that the improvements for Gertrude Avenue, Road
Acceptance 1078 (cross-reference Subdivision 7903) being developed by Community Housing
Development were completed and that such improvements had been constructed without the need for
a Subdivision Agreement.
The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed
performance standards for the period following completion and acceptance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the warranty period has been completed.
