Code § 8330 et. Seq.) SUBJECT: ADOPT Resolution No. 2003/ 532 to summarily vacate an excess portion of Wharf Drive, Bay Point area. District V [CDD-CP#02-34]. Project No. 0662-684260 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This summary vacation of an excess right of way of a street or highway no longer required for street or highway purposes, is made pursuant to Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4 of the Streets and Highways Code,commencing with Section 8330,et.seq. A description of the offered area to be vacated is attached in Exhibit "A"and attached hereto. This vacation request is for an excess right of way for a street or highway not required for street or highway purposes. (S. &H. Code Section 8334). This Board declares that the hereinabove described proposed vacation is HEREBY ORDERED VACATED subject to any reservation and exception described in Exhibit"A"attached hereto. From and after the date this Resolution is recorded,the portion vacated no longer constitutes a public highway. The Real Property Division is ORDERED to record a certified copy of this Resolution in the office of the County Recorder.
