[CP# 03-12] APN 088-190-035 and APN 085-190-036. Pittsburg Area. District V. Project No. 7038-6X5169 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, as the Board of Directors of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, RESOLVES THAT: It intends to purchase from Dale C. Adams, Marlene M. Delong and Judith L. Haye, the real property described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto for a fire station site, for the amount of $900,000.00, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District and the Grantor Dale C.Adams, Marlene M. Deiong and Judith L. Haye,which is a fair and reasonable price therefore. A copy of said agreement is on file in the Public Works Department. This Board will meet on September 9, 2003, at 9:30 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, to consummate this purchase and the Clerk, Board of Supervisors, is DIRECTED to publish the attached notice in the Contra Costa Times pursuant to Government Code Section 6063. On June 10, 2003,this Board determined that this activity will not have a significant effect on the environment and that it has been determined to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under State CEQA guidelines Article 5, Section 15061 (b)(3).
