On Wednesday a letter of authorization for U13OG was mailed directly to you
instead of back to the Program to be submitted with the entire application
packet. How would you like to proceed? Do you want to hold on to it and
place it with the rest of the Contra Costa Clean Water application packet or
would it be better to return it to me at 255 Glacier Drive,Martinez,CA
