Romer's RV Center,Inc. is the sole owner of`Parcel One' Iocated at 2295,Arnold Industrial Way,Concord, California,as described in the Corporation Grant Deed to us,recorded July 25, 1979,in Map Book 9456 of Official Records at page 988(the"Property") b. Romer's RV Center, Inc. has obtained an exception to Section 914-12.002 ("Detention basins - Where permitted")of Title 9 of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County. C. In consideration of,and as a condition to,the granting of said exception,referred to in subparagraph(b)above, Romer's RV Center,Inc.agree to construct and maintain a private storm drain detention facility and to disclose to future buyers, of"Parcel One"located at 2295,Arnold Industrial Way,Concord,California,that they are obligated to continue maintenance of said facility. d.
