(District III) The Public Works Director having reported that on December 15, 1998,the Board accepted a Grant Deed of Development Rights from Byron Seventy-Eight(owner),as a requirement for Minor Subdivision 39-91 (Parcel B).On this same date,the Board authorized the Public Works Director to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement for improvements along Bixler Road and highway 4 as required by the conditions of approval for Minor Subdivision 39-91. The aforesaid Deferred Improvement Agreement was recorded on December 30, 1998 in Recorder's Serial No. 98-330167 and became an encumbrance against Assessor's Parcel No. 011- 220-022. The conditions of the deferred improvement agreement under condition of approval number 16, fbr Minor Subdivision 39-91, have been satisfied, therefore, no longer requiring the Grant Deed ofDevelopment rights. I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
