(District III) On December 15, 1998, the Board authorized the Public Works Director to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Byron Seventy-Eight for improvements along Bixler Road and Highway 4 as required by the conditions of approval for Subdivision MS 39-91. The aforesaid Deferred Improvement Agreement was recorded on December 30, 1998 in Recorder's Serial No. 98-330166 and became an encumbrance against Assessor's Parcel No. 011- 220-022.
