GRANT DEED OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS
(for Alameda Whipsnake habitat area)
To meet condition of approval number four(4), of subdivision MS020005, we,Robert
Walls and Dina Walls, Owners and Grantors, hereby grant to the County of Contra Costa,
a political subdivision of the State of California, Grantee, and governmental successor or
successors of said county, the fixture development rights, as defined herein below, over a
portion of that real property known as the northern portion of Subdivision MS020005,
situated in the County of Contra Costa, State of California and more particularly
described in Exhibit"N', attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Development rights are defined to mean and refer to any grading, other development
activity, stockpiling, trenching,tree cutting, shrub removal, or agricultural use within the
area contained in Exhibit"A", attached hereto, which is the restricted development area.
The development rights are and shall be a form of covenant, which shall run with the said
property and shall bind the current Owners and any future Owner of all or any portion of
said property.

All that real property situate in the unincorporated area of the County of Contra
Costa, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the most northeasterly corner of Parcel "A" of that certain parcel
of land as shown on that certain Parcel Map filed December 13, 1982 in Book
104 of Parcel Maps, at Page 4, Contra Costa County Records, said Point of
Commencement also being the most southeasterly corner of that certain Parcel
"A" of that certain Parcel Map, Subdivision MS 14590 filed, July 27, 2000 in
