(District 1) On April 26, 1977, the Board authorized the Public Works Director to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Florence Machette for improvements along Appian Way as required by the conditions of approval for MS 244-76. The aforesaid Deferred Improvement Agreement was recorded on May 4, 1977 in Volume 5316 of Official Records at page 101 and became an encumbrance against Assessor's Parcel No.425- 170-026,now 425-170-028 and 425-170-031. (District I) IRATE: June 3, 2003 PAGE: 2 The Public Works Director now informs this Board that the requirements outlined in said agreement have been satisfied. The Board hereby FINDS that the conditions of the above-mentioned Deferred Improvement Agreement are satisfied.
