SUBJECT: Accepting Deferred Improvement Agreement as Satisfied for MS 244-76, El
Sobrante area. (District 1)
On April 26, 1977, the Board authorized the Public Works Director to execute a Deferred
Improvement Agreement with Florence Machette for improvements along Appian Way as required
by the conditions of approval for MS 244-76.
The aforesaid Deferred Improvement Agreement was recorded on May 4, 1977 in Volume
5316 of Official Records at page 101 and became an encumbrance against Assessor's Parcel No.425-
170-026,now 425-170-028 and 425-170-031.

SUBJECT: Accepting Deferred Improvement Agreement as Satisfied for MS 244-76, El
Sobrante area. (District I)

The Public Works Director now informs this Board that the requirements outlined in said
agreement have been satisfied.
The Board hereby FINDS that the conditions of the above-mentioned Deferred Improvement
Agreement are satisfied.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforesaid Deferred Improvement
Agreement is EXONERATED.
