The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Minor Subdivision 13-02 will be completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement,cash bond and surety bond for Subdivision 8262 heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the amending Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 8262 on November 5, 2002, Resolution No. 2002nol.
