(District I) On March 28, 1978,the Board authorized the Public Works Director to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with The District Advisory Board of the Northern California District Church of the Nazarene for improvements along Appian 'Way as required by the conditions of approval for LUP 2225-77.
