(District I) On March 3, 1987, the Board authorized the Public Works Director to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Ronald G.Fultz,Sherrie C.Fultz,Glendon Fultz,Dolly H.Fultz for improvements along Appian Way as required by the conditions of approval for DP 3058-84. The aforesaid Deferred Improvement Agreement was recorded on March 9, 1987 in Volume 13494 of Official Records at page 420 and became an encumbrance against Assessor's Parcel No. 425-220-020.
