Santoyo, as part of the County's Affordable Housing Program, certain real property described in Exhibit"A"attached hereto, for $163,180.00, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the "Buyer's Purchase Agreement for Affordable Units, Marsh Creek Vista Development," recorded March 24, 1995, by Instrument Number 95-046535, at the Office of the County Recorder. This Board will meet on March 4, 2003, at 9:30 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California,to consummate this purchase and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the attached notice in the Contra Costa Times pursuant to Government Code Section 6063.
